Dear friends in this post, I'll show you some of the food stalls Fair Brisighella that contains the typical cuisine of this town..

Here is the exposure of the honey as you can see, there are several types of honey such as acacia, millefiori, eucalyptus, honeysuckle, citrus, and chestnut. In another display, you can see various jams and preserves, all made by hand, wine produced in this area. On the borders of Romagna and Tuscany, there are hundreds of hectares of chestnut. This is a small basket with tasty chestnuts called "marroni"

Cheese and ricotta, are the undisputed masters of this standThe ham and sausages, you see, wild boar are very popular for its tasty flesh

Fruit of the autumn season: apples of different qualities as to make marmelade, "nespole", pears, "corbezzoli", pears volpina. These are very good combined with the cheese. The wild boar salami with cheese is a great combination

The pumpkin can certainly not be lacking in this time of the season. It can be cooked in the oven, or garnish "cappellacci", an home-made pasta An interesting display of various jams, figs, strawberries, cherries, watermelon, plums, rose hips, elderberry, coffee, fish, onions and more. As you can see the manufacturer's imagination knows no limits. Even the mushrooms"funghi porcini", gathered in the woods of Romagna, are excellent cooked with rice

The truffle, mushroom highly prized, it is excellent in all culinary dishes. As you can see, there's truffle oil, truffle butter, and other interesting things. In this image, the black truffle..

Here is a barbecue in the foreground you can see the cooking of various steaks, while in the background, the wild boar is cooking.
And ready, another barbecue sausages ready to be cooked,

Here we are at the end of our trip, spent among unspoiled woods and aromas of local cuisine. Polenta with wild boar sauce, french fries, bread, skewered of Mora Romagnola, good appetite at all.

  6. Hi Grace, the thing that struck me in this photo, the house is in the midst of cultivated fields. It would be nice to spend the weekend in peace and solitude away from modern life in that house ;) .
